And that fine space is to get out into the open air.
The open air is a great kind of dopamine provider as well.
Again, we're just trying to trigger that process to get something into the prefrontal cortex that helps you think logically.
And then when you find that calm space, and you can't really do this when you're not in that calm space, the E stands for evidence.
So that's your point to then look for the evidence that either corroborates or cancels what your RSD is telling you.
Nine times out of ten, the evidence you find will cancel the RSD out.
It's another anagram.
It's a catch-all for all ADHD traits in the moment.
And it's RAISE, R-A-I-S-E.
So R is recognize.
And that is just about you recognizing what your triggers are.
And that works all encompassing for any ADHD trait.
So recognizing what has sent you into a procrastination loop, what has sent you into an RSD loop, you know, why you sat motionless waiting for an appointment that's in six hours.
It's recognizing what has triggered that moment.
Fantastic.
And what about A?
So A is about accepting kind of your neurology.
It's about understanding that this is about your biology, your neurology, that is causing that first thought, that immediate thought that is autonomous.
And that isn't about accepting so that you never have to change.
That's about accepting to make your change easier to accommodate.
