So we've gone through the cycle, as we will do for every time your ADHD gets triggered, and this is medicated or unmedicated, is recognize that you've got the trigger.
You then accept.
The neurology that has caused that trigger and it's time to find a different second reaction is to implement a mechanism that works for you that you can repeat.
And then it's to systemize that repeatable mechanism for you.
Then over the course of time, you will find that that conscious, cognitive mechanism.
To the prehistoric man, the hunter-gatherer, the pre-farmer, they were always thinking of new ways to hunt down bigger prey that was going to last longer or always have the area of vegetation that was always going to give them the most sustenance.
So it's inherent in our evolved genealogy that we are always looking for more, looking for different ways to do things because that gives us our level of interest.
So I think that starts it or stops it being a negative.
