And maybe you're getting into limerence as the next part of RSD, you know, and overburdening the love, you know, for someone which actually just pushes them further away.

I think so, yeah.

I mean, personally speaking, and it's only a recent realization that actually it's okay.

I think there's almost a lot of pressure in society that you have this big group of friends and you always go on holiday every year and you do this, that, and the other.

You live in each other's pockets.

I think I've probably got maybe two, three close friends at 51 years of age.

I've lost track of

My person I consider my best friend, I've not actually been in a room with for eight years, but we've known each other for 30 years and we send each other a message once every two months or so.

And he's kind of the top bloke mate for me.

But I think if you're into that kind of idea that you should have lots of friends and you don't have a lot of people around you and you can place a situation where

whether perceived or real, around what pushed them away, then, yeah, absolutely, you blame yourself.

I've got, you know, there's a friend, again, I've known him for 20 years.

You know, he was kind of, I suppose, my protege when we were at one of the organizations we worked together.

And

I think, you know, at the time I was just diagnosed and he isn't very clearly isn't ADHD.

And so I started to kind of separate kind of, you know, I got kind of those disapproving looks when I started talking about ADHD.

So I started shutting down that conversation and then stopped, you know, kind of reaching out.

But I think, you know, the more standard kind of thing is about, again, it might come down to object permanence.

They're not in front of you.

So you don't think to give them a ring.
