Yeah, it should be. I think Florida Project is a good suggestion for you just to see. Because I had another buddy of mine who was like, you hate it. You've got to go see this. You've got to check something out. You've got to watch it. Well, by the same token, we've talked about this. What side of the camp are you on for Triangle of Sadness? Do I like it, not like it? Correct. I enjoyed it. Yes.
Yeah, I enjoyed it too. It was just so... But again, I was in the right headspace. We sat down. It was as weird as can be. Weird, so weird. Now, he, by the same token, that writer-director...
has an earlier movie called... That's not my finger. That's not my finger. No, it's Force Majeure. It's called Force Majeure. And it's so good. And so it's the same, like, when people... Someone told me that, like, Trigo Sanctus is good, but even better is his last movie. And I watched that, and it's just... It's one of my top movies, I think. It's just so funny and so...
So good. So you got to run, don't walk to see Force Majeure. And you liked it more than Triangle of Sadness? Yeah, definitely. But I liked Triangle of Sadness. But this, I like this even more. Was it as odd?
Odd, yes. Odd and a character, kind of a character study, you know, about a relationship kind of. It's just, you got to see it. You got to see it. What is his scoop about, where's he from? What nationality is that guy? He's like Swedish or Norwegian. Norwegian, I think. Or maybe Danish. But I think Norwegian. Scandinavia. Okay. Okay.
I get them confused, to be honest. Sweden and Norway and Finland. They're all up there, buddy. They're all up there. They're right there. Speaking of fingers. Oh, do you know we have a podcast today for Supernatural? I do. Have you watched the episode? I did. I got to watch that.
We have time. I know, I know, but just to live like the Richard Spate life, just seat of my pants. Dude. Just skating in just under the wire. How about Frank? How about Frank forgetting his shoes at school? How does Frank not remember to take shoes to school? He was barefoot?
Yeah, yeah, right. Are they redoing Dukes of Hazzard? I think, yeah, or Baywatch. Yeah, paying back over. To the boys. Now, I think you'd be a great modern version of Archie Bunker, but I think you're the liberal Archie Bunker. You're a liberal Archie Bunker. It's good. It's good, right? The liberal...
Is there such a thing as a liberal Archie Bunker? Isn't that by design? Sure there is. Isn't that what people like us get made fun of by the other side? We're snowflakes or whatever, right? I don't know. I feel like we don't have the anger. You could be the person that's like, I don't know. I don't know, but you're an interesting person. You're liberal, but you're not necessarily progressive.
No, no. Well, I think I'm a Southern. There's some things you just don't get about kids. I'm a Southern Democrat is what I was. Right. Exactly. So I think that's an interesting character. And I married a hippie. And you married a hippie. I mean, that's. But she's got an anger streak. I mean, to me, it's a sitcom or a drama. Either one. It's a little bit of both. Well, it's not the drama. It's not the drama. At our worst, we're better than that. Which might be the name of this episode.
The drama about the drama? Oh, the drama. Oh, the drama drama.
I need some Dramamine for the drama. I don't know. You could end and die. What show did I say she's in? Zootopia? Yeah. Zootopia. Man, she's good in Zootopia. Ethotopia. Yeah. Utopia. I think it was the first thing you said. Yeah. Anyways, but I think it's interesting. I'm excited to play you in it. No, no. It's going to be great. Yeah.
Hello, everybody. He was also sassy. With the mustache? No, no, no. Who was the one with the white mustache who was also kind of sassy?
And constant banter with host Gene Rayburn. And, of course, Charles Nelson Reilly, famous for his theatrical delivery. Charles Nelson Reilly was the one who had his teeth together. He had the glass. He had the glasses, big glasses. Who was the one who kind of went like, well, I don't know, kind of like talk like that and.
Well, not exactly. I think we have a couple Paul-ins. Who? Name one. Uh... RuPaul? What? Like, who's our... I mean, RuPaul would be on a modern day... Just, like, who's our flamboyant... Is RuPaul funny? Tell it like it is. Yeah. Oh.
Yeah, we don't have Catskill Comics in this way, but yeah, I think RuPaul, I think if you want to modernize who that person is, you know, one of the queer eye for the straight guy guys or something. But yeah, we know. Oh, you know what? One of those dudes on SNL, he's a younger member of the cast. I think he just retired. The Asian one. That guy. Yeah, that guy. He's funny. He's funny. So it could be that guy.
You don't have to. Not if it's a big deal. I just want to see. It's magnetic. You know, there's a world, too, where you can screen share with me. Oh, wow. Yeah. That's crazy. Does that tell the story? Yeah. Wow. Good. That is absolutely nuts. 50 is a different thing now. Yeah. But anyway, I'll just send that to Rob in case he's feeling good about himself.
Yeah. And her and I did a movie called Clear Mind. For anyone following along at the Play at Home version of the Robert Rich podcast. Clear Mind? Yeah.
We did a little, like, psychological horror movie. I'm laughing already. It's so funny. No, there are funny parts, actually. My character's kind of funny. And I get killed. That's fun. Spoiler alert. So it's a pretty good cast lining up for this show about me and my curmudgeon-y ways. I love it. Jen Lyon as Ruth was a... Casting a tough... It's going to be a tough... Casting two, right, on my part. Yeah.
Please put that down. What's wrong with Rich? He's got Ruth. He's off his meds and now he's turning to Ruth.
