That was maybe still a part you want to hold on to.
And then you're not doing that anymore.
Because this is what we try and teach a lot of our agents.
You're in the business.
You're trying to do valuations.
You're doing viewings.
You're doing your staff.
You're managing it all.
You're trying to do marketing, sales regression, all of it.
And you're still then trying to run a business.
And you wonder why you've hit a threshold.
Like, what did it really enable you to do that you just thought, wow, now I've got a little bit more of this time back.

How have you found going from that traditionally led model to then starting to look at a franchise?
Because it's similar to some of the agents out there at the moment going, I've got this traditional model and all these eXp agents and all these self-employed agents are floating around and people franchising.
And sometimes they struggle with that.
