So every member has to openly publish their statistics on the website.

Uh it forms two greater strategies.

One, we form a network strategy, as in the network gives credibility to the actual network you belong a part of.

Everyone's accountable for the strength of the network.

You can't just have random people join in.

Who have got really bad performance statistics 'cause

The network's only as strong as the weakest link.

But two, it gives you then the ability to again.

elevate your pitch and talk about the problems that may be

the public might be perceiving what a students are like and how

uh you showcase the the the maybe the issues they might be struggling down the line with.

in the form of like fall throughs or getting your property under offer and and

openly publishing though.
