If if I haven't got an agent who understands those figures well enough, then we've got a bigger question to worry about because if they don't understand their fall through rates.
Uh so basic ones would be fall for rates, uh average uh price listed against and uh sold for.
Uh and how long it takes you to actually get the property under offer.

The gen general ones, like
um years of experience within the the sales team.
years of experience you've got a lettance department and the overall amount of properties that you manage. 'Cause then they're collectively a part of a network.
The network could then be running, managing ten thousand
uh properties under management under the network, which then gives credibility back to hey b maybe someone who's a part of who's got a hundred and under says how do I go against these bigger fish?
You can say, Well, I'm a part of this network's got ten thousand properties under management.
No.
Yeah, minimum benchmarks, also things like, you know, uh uh coming to our events, being a part of it.
It's not a case of just signing up, give you the stats and I'm not gonna be a part of it because it needs to be a strip the strip for the network.
So being involved in the group as well.
Yeah.
We it was one of the biggest considerations I think we had and whether we have it as a select licence or open up to a couple of members.
