And there's an ongoing strategy about how they talk about their network to in enable them to utilize that in winning more business.
So again, the focus is not just hear some stuff, it's like the evolution afterwards and that's where that human element comes into it.

It's a strong outlook to be a part of this group.
It doesn't matter if you're a single branch or uh I think they every every member I've interviewed recently on a podcast
it's always been the key essence I've come back to.
It's all about their obsession with their customer experience.
