The bit that we bit that we sort of bought at the beginning, the accelerate programme.
Yeah, we've now third you into our accelerate programme.
Just to explain that a little bit.
Um so we basically get
Uh seven to nine businesses in a room.
six times a year, six online sessions, and they do a year accelerator program that's specifically set up that we've designed in taking them from working in the business to now working on the business.
And we've seen some amazing development growth for those people.
So there's every workshop is being carefully calculated.
for a whole day to then elevate them to the next mile, to the next zone.
And at the end of like workshop six, they understand that why we did it in a particular way.
What sort of things?
Um so they look at we look at things like
How they how they increase their fees, their sales pitch.
Uh, how they bring generate more marketing into their business, because a lot of them sort of tend to struggle with that.
We look at uh operationally, but not necessarily internal operation, but operationally and onboarding people, uh clients as well as on boarding new members of staff and finding those new key people.
Um we have we look at brand, but the essence of like what brand actually means beyond the logo.
