So we've got clients obviously that have used level 10 meetings.
Great.
And the ones that I've seen have done it religiously, have done it really well, especially in their agencies.
So notorious in a state agency is morning meetings and meetings tend to just
get together, chat some random stuff, go on a tangent, come away, everyone's a bit confused and then no one really knows the direction of going forward.
Or there's a preconceived agenda for why the meeting needs to take place because it's never really structured in place.
