If I could give one piece of advice, it's making sure you have documentation and checklists for every position you have in the company.
Yeah, I always say anticipate that people will leave.
And then how can you replace them?
Because the cost to replace an employee when you don't have those in place is exponentially higher than it is to retain somebody.
So you have to make sure you have those documents in place.
That's the biggest mistake people make.
Truly, if you're trying to sell your company, get those.

Yeah, and the other thing too is just people got to understand the people you have in your organization, what motivates them.
That's where I think a lot of people go wrong as entrepreneurs.
We think everybody's motivated the same way we are.
