And then out of that, that kind of darkness came, yeah, like a, as I say, a transformative chapter, which has been amazing.

Well, I think that's exactly right.
Like, only the other day, I just, I had a real difficult day.
I don't know, it was just one of those days where everything kind of went wrong.

And I say that because I think what I allowed was for the first thing to go wrong in the morning to really affect me.
And rather than just going, it's okay, like breathe, it's okay.
Like my life is over.
Because I was sort of then angry, it then...
the next thing gonna messed up and then and I was just sort of not thinking straight and they got to the end of the day I went what a waste of a day yes and then I was angry at myself and I think I think just forgiveness is is so key um and just going do you know what it was a bad day but tomorrow's a new day and it's it's like we put that behind us and we'll move forward with fresh start new new slate I wish I'd done that after the first little mishap that's the problem
Well, it's the age old saying of like, I got out on the wrong side of the bed.
It is.
But it happens to the best of us.
But I think it is just a matter of letting go, let go.
I think, again, I think I had three brothers growing up.
So I think I had sort of resilience and a kind of competitive nature from a young age, like vying for attention and vying to win everything.
And that's the thing.
