Oh my god.

And it's like a performance.

But when they're out of school and all the kids are having fun, the environment changes.

And all of a sudden, these kids are trying all these mushrooms.

And mind you, they don't love them, but they laugh and they get ex- they're not afraid of it.

And so I've realized that in homes, I've had parents buy blindfolds and do blindfolded fun eating, and they laugh.

And their kids are getting nutrients in and not so nutritious foods, but it's all about the environment.

So if you're sitting at a table every night

trying to force your child to eat something different, they're going to reject that.

Most kids do.

But if you have a fun, colorful eat the rainbow fun night and you're all having fun and

You know, making it an event, like, without the pressure for them to try something new, the chances are they may try something new there.

Um, but yeah, I mean, it's not the end of the world.

I mean, if they're eating the same chip every night, like I've had some kids that just live off chips in an air fryer.

You definitely need to look at nutrients.

But if your child is thriving and healthy and running around

you know, like, is it the end of the world?

Like there are nutrients that you can get in your kid in other ways through um whole food powders and things that you can add to meatballs.

They're not gonna taste it.
