The other thing I'd add is it'd be good to get a clear benchmark on the experience with the consultant staff versus in-house staff.

and use that data to make the case for whether the staffing has to be in-house for this critical function.

We have a lot of other places that may not have the kind of impact that planning and building have on our city from a long-term perspective.

So just looking at is it better to get in-house staff in certain cases because this is a critical function.

So maybe that's something to look at.

and I will leave my time so someone else can.

I just want to add to that comment really quickly.

If you might consider removing the permit number so that the survey is anonymous and maybe also use some of the city outreach methods, email and social media and so on.

Hopefully you can get some more feedback there.

And I was going to add, you know, on this topic of outreach, we have our ATP members here.

They seem to have done fantastic outreach.

I see there are yard signs all over the city.

Maybe the ATP team might share some best practices on how to get yard signs all over the city.

And we might get some planning and building outreach through yard signs or whatever has worked for the community.

I guess low-tech works.

The other thing that might work is a banner on Stevens Creek for...

whatever reason people have to drive on Stevens Creek, they see the banner.

So maybe those are low tech methods that might work.
