So I know we talked a little bit about what's in scope and what's out of scope, and certain things might be considered not a minor remodel or a simple remodel.

And maybe that's an area that you might also look at to see if something is outside the definition.

How do you pull it into the definition of simple remodel?

Because if your processes are different for minor versus non-minor, are there projects that can be left shifted so that they also gain the benefit of this?

Yeah, as a commission report, I want to reiterate the resident feedback that we got.

The concern around going from a window remodel to a fence has severely undermined confidence in some of the ability to reach out.

So we just need to think about that.

Just want to share that feedback and make sure we can.

I will follow up on staff's offer to see how we can help that incident out.

That is not an isolated episode.

I've had another episode or two where people have been really concerned about the scope expansion on what they thought was something they were starting with and went somewhere else beyond that.

I would like to see if we can agendaize a panel session with applicants along the lines of what we just finished up, if there is a way to do a study session with applicants to get feedback, but not just as a survey, but in the presence of commissioners so that we can ask the applicants questions and we can have a more informed conversation.

I don't know how we would agendaize that, but I will leave that for staff to consider.

Maybe that's something we could do.
