I don't know.

I would leave that to staff's discretion on how you would treat that.

But as an agenda item, I believe that just provides for some informed deliberation and study that would be for staff to then look into how you might want to use it.

AS THE MOVER OF THIS MOTION, I WOULD SAY THIS IS NO DIFFERENT THAN ANY OTHER SUBCOMMITTEE.

THE SUBCOMMITTEE WOULD COME BACK TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND THEN THE COMMISSION BASIN AND WE MAY THEN MAKE THAT A BROADER SET OF RECOMMENDATIONS FROM THE FULL COMMISSION.

THE PURPOSE OF THE SUBCOMMITTEE IS TO BRING BACK FEEDBACK FROM APPLICANTS FOR SINGLE FAMILY HOME, SMALL

small upgrades and the streamlining of those permits.

So originally, this item was suggested as a future agenda item, and I was advised to use a subcommittee.

So I'm looking for guidance from all sides, though we have lost the building staff.

So we've actually reopened the item in the absence of the staff that were here originally.

And so as a point of inquiry to the CAO, I guess, do we need two motions, one to form a subcommittee and then to appoint members?
