is a big part of it.
So how do we accept that?
I mean, acceptance isn't a one and done thing.
It's sometimes we have to turn our mind to acceptance many, many times.
And it could be a million times in a day, could be once a day, could be, you know, every time we just get triggered again, we have to go back and work on that acceptance piece.

And I know there'll be people who go, yeah, but I keep on getting into the same thing.
And it's like, yep.
And what are the things that you are pushing to the back of your brain and those things that you may be noticing but not responding to or minimizing that are keeping you in that cycle?
When you can see that the other person is giving more of themselves than you are and are kind of looking for it, I think that's a big little warning bell where it's like, okay, they might be asking me questions about me or about my life experiences and do I notice that I'm
