And so what's interesting, I have a new client, talked with the chairman last week.
He's telling me in terms of culture, things I've heard from other organizations before, almost identical, but the stories that he had and the way and the nuance of that culture, that was distinct.
And that helps me to build what I call storyboards and my pitches of that firm to other organizations.
Let me ask you this.
Tell me a story of an organization you worked with, and you don't have to mention their name, of course.
But what were the problems that they had before?
What was the work that you did with them?
And what was the end result?
