You need to be calling them in multiple different ways.
outbound calling them, texting them, emailing them, even serving them recruiting ads if you have the bandwidth for it.
That's actually something that I'm doing with one of my client's top home, the gentleman Lakota that owns it and is his co-owner, Derek.
They're both really great, honest, young guys and people wanna be a part of that.
It's magnetic.
So it's like, put his face out there, share this is the individual that you'd be working alongside and make people excited like a lead would.
Well, it depends on the need for each individual.
My fractional CMO work, I like to keep that a little bit more limited because it is pretty intensive.
So on a rotating basis, I'll work with anywhere from three to four folks.
I also don't like competing against myself.

You have to pick which one.
We're competing for home improvement dollars.
So if I have a business that serves all of Michigan and maybe they do windows and baths, but I have a flooring company that says, hey, Sonya, I'd love to get your help to generate leads,
well, then I'm still going to be taking a little bit away from myself.
Oh, that's interesting.
Yeah, that's my mentality.
So that's what I work with on the fractional side.
