And we do that a lot in life, right?
If we don't get enough sleep, it's harder to handle the emotional variability that we have on a daily basis.
If we get a lot of sleep, if we eat healthy, if we drink less, if we go for walks, if we connect with people, well, these emotional variations that happen to all of us, well, they're a lot easier to overcome in those moments.
Well, think about it.
A lot of arguments or conflict in relationships happens after work at night.
Why does it happen after work at night?
One, you're spending time together, but that time is not your best time.
You're tired.
You're exhausted.
You had a long day.
You've got a million things on your mind.
So you're not at your best.
You're not bringing your best self to that.
But you've also probably, did you eat a healthy lunch?
Did you not?
Did you work out that day?
Did you not?
These things contribute.
