That energy is like it's like emotions have two sides of the coin, if that makes sense.
Like grief can be celebration if that makes it can be deep remembering.
Anxiety can be excitement.
So when you notice that you see someone that you're attracted to.
Step one, let yourself fully be attracted to that person.
You don't have to do anything about it right now.
This is like literally, it's like you just gotta let yourself feel what's going on.
So if you see someone you're attracted to, let yourself fully be attracted to that person.
In real life.
But like to to write now, the first step would be to let yourself want what it is you want.

Because all of this stuff, it has an energy to it.
