On high alert, trying to fulfill the desires of these different people on what I'm supposed to be.

Right.

And so now I want to circle all this back to say this.

So defining what culture is, understanding what culture is, we have the power to create our own microculture.

You and I both for many years have been working to change the larger culture scape.

To make health easier for people, right?

And we've made a dent and we absolutely have.
