On a separate note, I also have to stop whatever I am doing whenever Big Oak is up to bat because it's so good and bad all at the same time.
I have so much fun watching him hitting and at the hot corner.
I mean, he did turn a very pretty double.
I mean, I guess he started two double plays, but the last one, the second one he turned
was, you know, cats gets the ball, drags the foot on the third base back and then rifles it for another out.
Great play to help Trey Savage, who I want to get to with you, but phenomenal play from Okamoto.
He looks very comfortable at third.
And yeah, you hope the offense kind of normalizes to a certain extent.
Yeah, I do enjoy watching Big Oak.
So, you know, here's hoping... Because I think, what, after today's ballgame, hitting 216, right?
I mean, it was one for four, but the one hit was the two-run double late in the game.
So I would like to see it normalize a little more consistently for Okamoto.
But again, I tend to give him a little bit of a pass because we've seen the glimpses for maybe even longer than glimpse, right?
We've seen looks at the player that I think we...
that the vision had for him coming out of Japan for good chunks of the season.
And then you've just also not seen that guy, right?
So because we have seen, if we had not seen it at all, I think maybe by this point in the season, I would maybe be singing a different tune vis-a-vis Okamoto.
But because we have seen it, it just feels like it's right there for Okamoto, essentially, when it comes to more consistency.
I wanted to get to Trey Savage and Nick, our producer was telling me he spoke for 29 seconds.
So it seemed pretty frustrated.
