And it was fun and there was mugs and there was little tin square things that you hang in your kitchen.
But a couple of years in and you're like, no, I needed therapy and sleep and food and nutrition and movement and people and financial security.
You know, because maternity leave wasn't paying and I needed to sleep at night knowing that I was safe in my body, not drink it all away with wine.
Yes.
Yeah.
And it's taken a few years.
And then, of course, COVID.
So I drank it away with wine.
Didn't we all?
Yeah.
Yeah.
And now I'm like, no, I now I have a little rule.
I only drink now when I'm in a good place.
I drink now to sleep.
better my evening you know like to if I'm feeling really good and I want to be sit down with friends and I want to have a bottle of wine and talk about her life and blah blah I don't I won't allow myself to open wine now after a shit day yes that's a really good that's a rule and I think having rules for yourself is great like I don't drink at home by myself I only drink with friends
so that they can experience what they want to experience out of this.
Because it's a natural response to whatever is happening in your life.
Sometimes it is the healthiest response.
But it's also what this like what's why I called this stretch marks.
Yeah.
