And at that point, in the depths of my body insecurities and when I really thought that looking a certain way was the be all and end all, I was like, hang on, these girls are supposed to be like these perfect angels that we put on these pedestals that like... Well, Victoria's Secret set body standards for like quite a long time.
Yeah, totally.
Unsustainable, I should say.
And I think hearing them talk to themselves like that, obviously it was horrible, but it just made, that was the point where I was like, I don't think anyone
is like 100% happy with themselves or like doesn't have insecurities or like, you know, we all have these things that we see and that we sit on and think about ourselves that no one – like there's a lot of other people that wouldn't agree with you or would say otherwise or see all these beautiful traits in you.
And so I think for anyone struggling, if it's similar to me in that, you know, maybe you put yourself down because there's certain strengths that you don't have or whatever –
Now, of course, like you can dive into things and challenge yourself and definitely grow and learn and get better in areas.

Like we had a fantastic team.
I had a fantastic partner in you that complimented me on a lot of those areas that were lacking in me.
You were really your strong suits, a lot of yours.
So for me, it was kind of like...
Why not lean more into the stuff that I'm good at, which also feels good when you are working on something that you actually genuinely enjoy, you feel good at, you get a better outcome or whatever.
Still obviously want to grow and get better at the areas that I don't feel as confident in.
But like not, that's not the be all and end all and don't forget about still working on the stuff that you love.
are good at, that's important too.
So yeah, I don't know.
I think try and network and find other people or learn about other people that are in a position that maybe you either aspire to or think they're doing a great job and maybe have similar strengths to you.
