And just really try and see yourself in that.
And what we've said so many times on this podcast before is speak to yourself as you would a friend.
Like if you'd come to me and started talking to me about all of your weaknesses or whatever...
I wouldn't necessarily dismiss them, but I'd be very quick to tell you everything that you're good at and like just focus on that, babe, because you're doing a good job, right?
So I needed to just change that narrative and that's kind of what I worked on and worked through and helped me redefine, I think, that narrative.
And for them, and also the industry at the time, that was the utmost important thing.
Exactly right.
That was what got them jobs or whatever.
I know that's been hard for you, but I just want to reiterate, and I'm not just saying this because I care about you.
Again, I don't think you did anything wrong.
You did things differently.
And I had always thought that you were the best person for that role until you didn't want to do it anymore.
Like it wasn't just trust that I had in you.
I genuinely thought you were doing a fantastic job and I still do.
Even with things being done differently now, I don't look at that and be like, oh, what the fuck was Laura doing?
I'm like, it's different.
It's a different person doing it.
It's like a different person with a different history or whatever.
And it kills me to hear you say that because like the business has been in a phenomenal position, may I say, financially, you know, in the world, building a fucking ecosystem.
