And then get out there again.

You there's a I think it's called the rejection game.

I don't know if you've heard of this, but that's you uh you can Google this.

And the idea is that every day you set yourself a challenge to be rejected.

And it can be over a very small thing.

Or it could be over something quite large.

Um and um I think this guy started this by saying, Well, he felt so hurt by rejection and so debilitated by it, he felt he just had to get over it.

So he went up to a total strange and said, I'd like to borrow a hundred dollars.

And

The strangers had no get get lost.

I'm not gonna give you a hundred dollars.

And then he ran away from that and it was terrifying.

And then he went and and tried a second time with someone else and he hung around a little bit longer and said, Why?

And he found then he got the interpersonal connection that he was looking for.

And then he started finding that these kind of impossible questions were being answered in the affirmative.
