I don't want you, I don't like you, I don't want this, I don't want that.

So on that level, uh that immediate sense of gratification gets knocked on the head.

I think there's another level too that this can also echo back in time to times when we have been rejected before and it can go all the way back to when we were very, very, very small creatures and we were not accepted as fully as we could be by our parents.

So it has a long history for many of us.

And uh those day to day rejections um sort of shine a light back onto that time.

Well, first up, Belly, you're not responsible for his past trauma if if it's triggered as triggered.

Uh that's not your your thing to deal with.
