And seeing someone that you find attractive or sexy doesn't mean that you necessarily have to follow through with that.

Certainly other non-sexual, if I can call that, use that term, experiences can affect our sexuality.
And so going back to what you were saying, Maria, it's fluid.
Some days I'm feeling pretty sexy and feeling good about myself.
And other days I'm not feeling so good and maybe I'm not feeling quite so sexy and interested and connected out there.
It moves, it shifts like all other aspects of mood.
These labels are great temporarily for the moment for as long as they work and then we'll shift to something else.

working through those, both therapeutically and amongst your peer group, is empowering.
And whatever bad experiences you may have had in the past, there's a way of going through those and working through those to allow yourself to engage in the world and engage sexually in a way that is better for you and good for you.
Yeah.
Most of us have had bad experiences sexually, however we can conceive that.
And yeah, keep talking, keep talking.
