It's very easy to say with four kids, I want to spend more time with family.

But if you're not, you know, I'm in a position now where you can map out how you want your life to be.

Like, I knew this had to happen, like Sha.

And we had Kerry, who was amazing.

But she was remote and she was kind of doing part-time hours and she wasn't in all of the conversations.

So it actually needed somebody to be fully embedded in everything that we do.

Yeah.

And having an office and a place that we could actually... Yeah, a home.

But...

You know, part of the OMP course that we did, it's like, how much time are you spending in the business versus on the business?

And it was all in the business because all of these things, right?

Like this World Cup deal, there's like four sponsors to talk to and another party and there's contracts and there's deliverables.

And like that used to be all me.
