But there's so many of those other good ones there.

And they're not playing abroad at the moment because they're still very young or maybe they haven't had those offers

What type of environments can we put in place for them here?

You know, elite environments.

Can we introduce, and we've talked about it for a long time, that under-23, under-21 team to bridge the gap?

Because those girls need to be playing at a higher level than they're playing.

And then you're feeding them...

your pathway of players, your conveyor belt of players coming through, that you do have a strong bench then.

Because you look at the difference with the French bench, and they were missing probably three or four world-class players last night, and yet they can still bring on a couple.

So I think those are the little differences now between us and some other countries.

So that's something that really needs to be addressed.

And I'm not sure...

That's not Carla's remit to do it, I suppose.

You know, that's going to take resources.

But I'm sure she's having those conversations.

You know, in fact, I know she is.

I've heard her talk about it.

So, yeah.

Yeah, I mean, we had a crossover way back in the day.

I used to have plenty of discussions with Julianne together to play football over Gaelic.
