I was always, like, on point.
And they would do things... This is something else I want to say.
I was never enough in their eyes.
Like...
I'll never forget this.
Like the one guy that was kind of like my Mr. Big.
I always called him Mr. Big because he was like never committing to me.
But I still chased it.
And I remember I said to him, yeah, I'm moving to New York and I'm going to be working at WCBS.
And I'm so excited.
And he's like, yeah, but it's not like it's CNN in the national.
And I never forgot that.
I was like, oh, my gosh, I'm not on the national news.
Now what?
But so that's that narcissist behavior.
It's like you're always performative.
He never committed to me.
Never committed to me, but always made me feel less than.
And if like, if I get to the next hurdle, then maybe then he will.
And then if I get to the next hurdle, maybe then he will.
