Because I agree with you.
It's constantly like, do this.
If you're not doing this, do this better.
And it's all or none.
And it's these extremes.
So if you look at a diet and you say Mediterranean diet, which is basically a pretty balanced diet, there's not a lot missing from it.
And it can be delicious.
And you can have a little bit of the sugar intake, whether it's in the form of wine, if you decide that's what you want.
And then exercise, you start that at a young age and that continues throughout your whole health span because I know that's what we talk about all the time when you're leading up past your reproductive years.
And maybe that's why we're saying like, don't stress out and you'll be okay.
But that's really not, that's very simplistic.
Correct.
And not okay.
Let's talk about egg freezing and who that's really for and what age that makes the big difference.
Distinguish between those two.
When you look at things like conditions that most women start to know about when they're a little bit younger, but whether we're talking about fibroids or polyps or PCOS or endometriosis, how do those conditions play a part in where a woman is?
If a woman knows she's dealing with those in her 20s, definitely in her 30s, is it more important for that woman to have this conversation about fertility?
If someone asks you, Dr. Luckey, how can I improve my fertility?
What is the honest answer that you can give based on data?
It's got to be a tough question.
