So for people with disability, their carers may need to put it on them, but then the ripple suit works that it's got lots of little pockets of air that you can press buttons and stimulate all these parts of your body and it feels as if you're getting touch on your body.
So you don't need another person there.
It's kind of interesting.
So you only need a carrot to take it on and take it off.
Um
They're uh organisations like Touching Base who uh specialise in putting sex workers in touch with clients with disabilities so that they can have an experience.
And often their carers or their social workers will help them or make these arrangements and prepare the room and the sex workers involved in this project are trained in how to work with people with disabilities.
So they're
They've got all the information they need and they can come with curiosity and and help help people work out what's gonna work for them.
I think all of us have to keep an open mind because really, are we trying to appeal to everybody or are we just trying to find the one or two people that appeal to us?
Really.
It's it's y we've got to be open 'cause there there really are people out there who can work with all sorts of circumstances.
Uh, there are lots of people with disability who are successfully dating and successfully having a darn good time in the bedroom as well.
Some of the workshops that I run there are folk with disability coming to sort of understand how to better communicate or learn about their bodies.
There's there's a lot out there if people open themselves up for it.
And I think when it comes to sex, people seem to be much more ready to shut it down.
And that's a shame.
You need to keep your mind open and your body up for experience.
Sometimes if I'm in a lecture or there's something that's really like floating my boat, you know, I will turn to a friend who knows how excited I get about these things and say, I think I can feel my underwear falling off.
