Some people say it's a bit subversive, you know, that rather than focusing on the hook-up culture where everybody's looking at how a person's put together physically, that valuing somebody's brains and conversation or the way they express themselves... matched

is a way of sort of combating that i'm a little less sure but i think it's more that you know when people engage with you about ideas they're curious about the world they're interested in what you're turned on by in terms of what's around you it's more that kind of thing and that kind of way of relating so incisive inquisitive and you know irreverent minds really will do that for someone like me i can't speak for everyone though matched

I think in the demisexual side, because it's sitting on the asexual spectrum, that these people are not interested in sex unless they have the relationship. matched
