Sometimes you have to try on a few pairs and something that, you know, your friend loved, you're gonna hate and and so it really, really has to be very personalized.
And so because it's you know, I'm always trying to make sure that I'm not
misinterpreting the goals or thinking that things that I think should be a priority are a priority to them.
A kind of a metric that I use is
Do you feel like yourself?
If you feel like yourself, like you know, kinda the the version of yourself that you kinda think you should be.
Probably in a good we're probably in a good spot.
We're not trying to make you Superman.
We're not trying to make you numb.
You're supposed to feel.
Life is gonna be hard sometimes.
You're s you're supposed to feel sad when your dog dies.
You're supposed to feel anxious if you're having surgery tomorrow.
But
Sometimes that gets out of hand.
Right.
Um we don't want to pathologize every uncomfortable emotion.
Those those serve a purpose.
They're meant to
drive you to do something, they're meant to show you what's important to you.
