A pleasure to be here.

So ever since I left formal education, my career has been in tech.

in some form or the other.

And the last role that I had was within SEO.

That was around lockdown, as you know, lots of organization restructured.

And part of my journey was, my role was sent offshore.

But preceding that for about 10, 15 years, I had become more familiar with the world of personal development.

So I think I wasn't until

until I was about 40 that I understood, oh, now there's this thing called a goal and you can strive towards it.

I didn't know all of those things.

But once I did, I fell in love with personal development because of what it did for me and my career and my confidence.

So I always found ways of connecting with the person development arena in corporations that I worked with.

So when I was made redundant, I thought, why not actually make that my full-time job?

I hadn't sat and done like an Ikigai diagram, but actually, retrospectively, that's what I ended up doing.

I ended up finding my perfect role, if you like.

And where better to start that coaching journey that I wanted to start than the SEO world that I was already part of?

Because as you know, things like imposter syndrome, which is what we're going to discuss, is a big challenge and it gives me a lot of fulfillment.

So I suppose that's in summary of where I was and why I'm doing what I'm doing.
