I mean, one thing to avoid is growing too quickly, hiring too quickly, right?
Um, I think thanks to AI and all the yeah, the the the the current times we live in, I'm I'm a big believer in doing things that don't scale in the first place.
And only once you found product market fit, you can scale, right?
You can hire a team, you can build out different functions.
specialists and experts and and do all of that fun part.
But do things that don't scale, right?
Um is something that where where maybe some founders rather directly jump into hiring spending, outsourcing, um, without fully figuring out the the the whole challenge um beforehand themselves.
Mm.
Um so I think we need to unlearn that those systems are not influenciable.
So I I hear a lot that while those systems are we cannot really influence those LLM large language models and whatnot.
That's not true.
Um most of them use web search type features, right?
Of various degrees.
And I've seen big success, be it through on page or off page.
On page is definitely faster where you can
And basically get your content cited within JetGBT in a couple of days.
So I think the biggest myth is that it's it's not influenzable um and we can't do anything about it.
We can definitely do anything we can definitely do something about it.
I recommend everybody to to to one familiarize yourself with those engines, how they work technically, fundamentally, and B um either start your own um POCs, your own experiments um to to learn firsthand.
