And I think we're somewhat unique being able to do that across the country.
Well, I think the biggest part of the application process that gets lost at times is having good financial statements to start.
So if your application is thorough and detailed to start, that gives –
that gives you a really good shot at getting financing.
We joke internally that there's a lender for everybody, even though ag is a small world.
A lot of it is just how you're able to put your financial statements together and actually show your financial position in an accurate manner.
I think my experience is the longer an application takes, so you submit your application and it takes two, three weeks to get all the financial information in.
Analysts, good analysts are finding holes or things that don't match up or don't align.
And if you have that under control and either have a CFO or can go into an expert and get your financial statements done, it goes a long way of showing the financial picture immediately at the application stage and then getting a quick yes or no.
So I think I think that's the biggest thing is, you know, we have large farmers that have CFOs.
We have small farmers that have to be their HR person, their own CFO, their own CEO.
Right.
And so that's a lot of hats to wear and it becomes a big challenge.
But I think when you're going in to find to look for or apply for financing, providing an accurate financial picture is the most important part.
Yeah, I think for the stressed farmers, the ones that are having working capital issues or profitability issues, is having a very detailed plan of what you're going to do to set yourself apart and how you're going to improve the business.
Unfortunately, more often than not, we get applicants that come in with, hey, our back's up against the wall, so-and-so's foreclosing, or we're put into special assets.
We want to refinance.
And we go, great, we'd love to refinance you too, but what are you going to do to improve the situation?
And a lot of times...
