But these farmers, they know what they need to do.

And they know what they can control and can't control.
And so the larger economy, grain prices, they have no control of.
But their own fixed costs, their own leverage, they do have more control.
And I think in an environment like this, it's lowering your fixed costs as much as you can, knowing that you can't control the variable costs.
That's a good question.
We've seen quality farmland stay relatively stable through the Corn Belt to slight increases.
We've started to see the lower quality land fall.
We have seen some land no sale.
That's still somewhat rare.
When you go out west, it's really heavily water dependent, right?
So good water access, quality permanent plantings are starting to climb back up.
Properties with good water probably never fell.
The properties with poor access to water, insufficient water rights have really deteriorated.
