And there's been so many TV shows.
There's been so many restaurants.
There's so many books.
There's so many places about Italy because it's,
It's fundamentally one of the most beautiful food countries around.
And added to it, there's this incredible Italian passion.
There's lots of that that goes on.
It's mega.
But also the dishes that they cook, they're kind of, they're not easy, but you can sort of do them at home.
You can think of how you put a pasta dish or how you make a sauce or how you do it.
They're not overly complex.
They're about the ingredient and done right.
And also they're pretty user friendly.
They're family friendly, like pizza bases or pasta dishes.
You can go, well, what do the kids like?
Or what do the, how do I adapt that?
And then it doesn't necessarily mean it's true Italian, but you can have that fundamental basic of it.
So when you can go from a TV perspective and travel the whole of the country, do you know what?
It's so regional as well.
