I'm getting a lot better.
I can actually catch the wave and stand on it.
Good for you.
I love that.
But what I noticed was I would come home from surfing, I was famished.
And I also noticed that if I didn't put creatine and collagen in my coffee, I couldn't paddle as well.
My strength paddling, which is a big part of surfing, especially when you first learn.
So I quickly changed my fasting protocol.
And I was like, I'm going to finish dinner.
At 6 o'clock at night, I'm going to protein pack my dinner.
Nothing else is going in my mouth.
I'm going to get up in the morning.
I surf at 7.30 in the morning.
I'm going to do a Stacy, let's just call it Stacy Sims coffee before I go and surf.
And then when I come home, I'm going to power up on protein again.
Strangely, the beginning of learning the sport, I started carb craving for the first time.
All I wanted was carbs.
So I would have a huge breakfast at 10 o'clock in the morning.
Something I've never done.
When I wasn't surfing and I wasn't trying this new activity, I would have the coffee I told you, black coffee with MCT oil and my first meal would be at two.
