Like those two things really have to tie together.

Where's a big piece of the 90 day remodel as well in terms of like, one of the things we like to do is set up like envelope style systems where every single job has its own cash bucket, if you will.

So I know when cash comes in for a job, that's the cash I have available to pay out subcontractors and suppliers for that project, right?

And so,

But someone has to manage that.

So from the vision, it has to be clear that this is how we want to manage.

We want to manage in a very professional way.

We want to know that we can pay all of our bills.

We want to know that we can make payroll.

But we can't do that unless we we have this vision for the back office in the field being synergistic.

I think that's very true.

And I think, again, I have learned this as a business owner.

So I want to just be really clear.

I'm calling myself out.

I think a lot of business owners, myself included, I really did this when I started The Profit Constructors, are really good at their trade.

But they haven't thought through the whole mindset of a business owner.
