Everyone told me not to say it.
They're like, just leave the foundation part out.
They patted me like,
Oh, it's charity work.
And they said that it's just the worst idea.
But I had this like vision and I don't know exactly how I got to this point, but I knew that I had this feeling that purpose and business went hand in hand.
And if you could, doing good is good for business.
And that was sort of my theory.
I have to say, I didn't have, I didn't go to business school.
I didn't go to design school.
So for me to consider myself a designer, just because I started a company, it was a stretch in my own imagination.
I didn't feel like it.
I didn't feel it internally.
So it was kind of, you mentioned in one of your notes, imposter syndrome.
I don't know that I had that,
But I didn't feel that I had earned it.
And I felt like I had to get the knowledge.
And throughout the years, I would say probably 10 years until I felt I had the technical skill set where I really felt like I was a competent designer.
Yeah, I mean, it was rough.
I had this idea.
