I loved her.
I did an episode with her.
She was so interesting.
And she was saying how when she worked for big advertising companies in London in sort of the nineties and two thousands
they did this thing called drink pinking, which was when they put rose into cans, that was specifically aimed at mums.
So it's coming at you.
It's not you going for it and deciding, Oh, yeah, I I'd probably like a pink drink in a can, and that's gonna make me feel good.
it's actually being shoved under our noses on a constant basis and it's very difficult to get away from.
And really these companies are preying on people who who perhaps have a tendency to over drink.
And that was who I was for sure.
Yeah, there's only two blokes there, wasn't there?
Yeah.
You got all the attention you two.
Well, I just think like this conversation talking about like these feelings, like how we feel socially and how we are trying and learning and thinking, all of that actually went away that week.
just because I knew that everybody was the same as me.
And I didn't have to explain.
I didn't have to say
why I wasn't drinking or talk about alcohol.
And always when I'm out nowadays, people I'm like an alcohol therapist.
People have had a few wines and they're like, oh Vic, I don't normally have this many and start trying to talk to me about their own consumption when I'm just trying to have dinner.
