I'm like, oh, I just get so bored of it.

And actually, what the funny thing was in our retreat, Dave, was that no one actually mentioned alcohol.

I was thinking about it the other day.

No one really talked about it.

Yes, there were moments in the writing group where we shared our stories.

That was a moment in time which was probably my highlight, actually.

But outside of that, we weren't like, well, how much did you drink and when did you drink and what did you do?

I think we already knew we didn't have to have those conversations.

We've all got to a point in our lives where we've got sober and here we are.

Let's just have a fucking good time.

And that's what it felt like.

It felt like my nervous system was regulated for the first time ever.

All of the self-talk fell away, and I was able to be myself for the first time in.

bloody years and I absolutely loved it.

I don't actually care whether anyone else had a good time, even though they did.

I was just having the best time ever.

And the week went so quick and everybody was so lovely.

I just came away going, Right, I just wanna do that again.

And it's almost been hard.

Like the time in between I think from now on, my life is gonna be either me on the retreats or the time in between them.
