And it's also but it's hard, I think, in early sobriety, like going back to the beginning of our podcast and talking about eight years in.

I think it takes you almost that long to work out what you enjoy and what you want to do.

And that's where I'm at.

That's all this is for me at the moment, this sober pivot and I'm not understanding myself and feeling like I don't fit in.

It's me working out what works for me and I'm getting much better.

at that rather than working out what works for everybody else.

I'm kind of honing it back in and bringing it back to me and going, okay, what actually makes me feel happy?

Going on holiday, being with my family and being with a few good mates.

That's literally it.

I don't have the time, I don't have the nervous system or the capacity to anymore spend time with people that don't get me or I don't get them.

It's not working.

And it's been hard because I've had to put up a few boundaries with people.

that, you know, that it was wasn't working for me anymore.
