And sobriety, I agree with you, Dave.

I can't imagine what my life would have been like now if I had carried on drinking.

Imagine I've got three beautiful kids.

I would not be present.

I would not be here.

I would be preoccupied with where my next mummy wine was coming from.

And I would be living with a lot of shame and regret.

And I don't have that anymore.

And it's pure joy.

But not to say that I feel that pure joy on a moment-to-moment basis.
