I don't think it really fixes all your problems.
I know we think that going in, that everything's just gonna magically change.
But for me, it has definitely revealed all my problem all my problems, which sounds awful, but it's actually kind of where
the changes happen and that's where the changes have happened for me is understanding that it's a continual path and that it is wibbly wobbly and I am all over the place some days.
But I'm kind of enjoying that strangely enough.
And I do have shit days.
But I like learning and I like learning new ways of making myself happy.
And it wouldn't it be lovely, Dave, if somebody handed you a piece of paper.
Like as soon as you go sober, a certificate or something that just said, Well done, you're now healed.
Well done.
All the work is done.

But I don't feel like the work will ever be done.
And I'm learning more about myself now than ever because of perimenopause.
And I think those feelings, probably in February, were hitting me very hard when we first spoke because I didn't really know what was going on.
And all of those hormones all over the place.
is very weird and you feel very self aware, even more than when I was a drinker actually.
And on top of that, I certainly believe that
Maybe the perimenophore pause is starting to reveal symptoms of ADHD.
So I'm hearing that a lot with the people that I interview.
