So as someone who worked in ice cream for, well, I don't know if I, whatever his position was, I don't know.

I worked at United Dairy Farmers for a couple of years in ice cream.
And I can tell you the soft serve machine was a giant pain in the ass.
It was a huge machine that sat, took up a huge amount of space.
And we had two little like areas where we'd pour in these little half gallons, right?
You had our vanilla, our chocolate, or we'd have seasonal like peach or something.
