So you can't say, you cannot come in Q4 and say, oh, this thing took us by surprise when you could have said something about it earlier in the year.

Gosh, the first one I like to give, especially for my fellow Christian founders, is debt is not the enemy.

OK, leverage using debt is not the enemy because we have this idea of we don't want to owe anybody anything.

And then I'm like, OK, there is a reason why the basic accounting equation is asset equals liabilities and owner's equity.

There's a reason for it.

You can only grow up to a certain level.

And so how you're going to grow your company is going to come through, yes, owner's equity, your own money, and also debt.

So really the magic happens is how you understand at which point of your business do you want to fund it with debt or with your own money?

And how are you going to be diversified?

debt ready when that time comes.

So it starts at the very beginning.

Like, how are you tracking your finances when you started your business?

Was it all mixed together with your own income statement and your personal bank statement?

Or did you start splitting the two?
